1. General Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, entering the escape game area, or participating in any activity, all guests agree to these Terms & Conditions. Parents or guardians agree on behalf of any participating minors.

2. Nature of the Activity

The escape game is a puzzle‑based, timed activity that takes place inside an
operating ice cream shop. Participants may only interact with puzzle pieces and clues.
They may NOT interact with themed décor or props.

3. Age Requirements

● Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
● Children under 5 may not participate for safety reasons.
● Adults are responsible for supervising minors at all times.

4. Food, Allergies & Safety Notice

Because the escape game operates inside an ice cream shop, the environment may
contain or come into contact with:

● Dairy
● Nuts and nut products
● Soy
● Eggs
● Gluten
● Wheat
● Food dyes
● Other common allergens

The business is not responsible for allergic reactions. 
Guests with allergies participate at their own risk.No outside food or drink is permitted
unless medically necessary.

5. Health & Physical Safety

Participants must:
● Walk, not run
● Avoid climbing on furniture or displays
● Follow all posted signs and staff instructions
● Handle clues and pieces responsibly
Guests who behave in a way that endangers themselves, others, or property may be removed without refund.

 
6. Personal Belongings

The business is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Guests are encouraged to keep phones, bags, and valuables secured.

7. Property Damage

Participants are responsible for any intentional damage to props, décor, or equipment. Fees may be charged for replacement or repair.

8. Photography & Recording

To protect the integrity of the game:

● No photos or videos of puzzles, clues, or solutions are allowed inside the escape area.
● General photos in non‑game areas are permitted unless otherwise stated.

9. Behavior & Conduct

Guests agree to:
● Use respectful language
● Treat staff and other guests kindly
● Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior
● Follow all shop rules
The business reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these expectations.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

● All bookings are non‑refundable once the reservation time begins or unless the business cancels the event.
● Cancellations must take place at least 15 minutes before the scheduled reservation.
● Late arrivals will result in shortened game time.
● No‑shows forfeit their booking.

11. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating, guests acknowledge that:
● They voluntarily assume all risks associated with the escape game and the ice cream shop environment.
● They release the business, owners, employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or property loss, except in cases of proven negligence.
● They will be monitored on the shop security camera for safety reasons. Camera footage will not be shared or used unless criminal activities take place.

12. Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, guests must follow staff instructions immediately. Staff may pause or end the game for safety reasons.

 

13. Consent for Photos (Optional)

Guests grant permission for the business to use group photos taken after the game for marketing purposes. Guests may opt out by informing staff.

14. Agreement to Terms

Participation in the escape game signifies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the guest and, when applicable, the parent or guardian of any minor participant.
